Watch Jalen Brunson, Roman Reigns, Haliburton, Rollins' Wild Confrontation at WWE SNME in MSG

New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson made an appearance at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event alongside World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns at his home arena of Madison Square Garden.

Brunson made a long procession from the Knicks' locker room to the ring, where Reigns praised the guard's championship efforts in front of thousands of screaming fans.

Brunson was seen sporting his custom Knicks championship belt, which was signed by Reigns.

The happiness and peace soon broke up, though, when the music of Seth Rollins, Reigns' SummerSlam opponent in two weeks, hit.

However, it was Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton, whose team knocked Brunson's Knicks out of the playoffs in 2024 and 2025, who emerged on the ramp.

Haliburton had a steel chair and looked like he was ready to brawl. With Brunson and Reigns distracted, Rollins arrived and attacked Reigns from behind.

Rollins continued the assault and superkicked Reigns. Brunson soon confronted Reigns, who began talking trash to the guard.

With Rollins focused on his chat with Brunson, Reigns regained his bearings and attacked his foe with a Superman punch and spear.

Brunson and Reigns then stood victoriously in the arena as the event ended.

Brunson and Haliburton have faced off in a WWE ring before. That was in June 2024, when Brunson (with a steel chair) and LA Knight stood in the ring opposite Haliburton (with brass knuckles).

Two years later, Brunson and Haliburton were up against each other again, this time with different wrestlers by their side.

In the end, Brunson and Reigns got the upper hand.

This night, at times, served as an ode to the championship-winning Knicks.

Of note, Danhausen, who infamously "uncursed" the Knicks before Game 6 of their first round series against the Atlanta Hawks (they went 13-1 from that point forward) defeated JD McDonagh thanks to some help from Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns, who chokeslammed McDonagh and his Judgement Day partner, Dominik Mysterio.

Brunson soon closed the show with the Original Tribal Chief standing tall in the ring.
