Alexa Bliss Posts Photos of Gruesome Elbow Injury After Attack by Jade Cargill on WWE SmackDown

Alexa Bliss showed off a painful-looking bruise on her elbow Saturday following a vicious attack at the hands of Jade Cargill on Friday night's episode of SmackDown.

In a post on X, Bliss shared two photos of her elbow after Cargill trapped her arm in a steel chair, bent it backwards and then smashed it on the canvas:

Bliss and Cargill faced off in a singles match on SmackDown, and while it was a back-and-forth affair, Jade took advantage of things breaking down outside the ring between her stablemates, Michin and B-Fab, and Alexa's tag team partner in Charlotte Flair.

Cargill hit Bliss with her Jaded finisher to win the match, and although Flair attempted to prevent Jade from using a steel chair on Alexa, Cargill took her out.

As Michin and B-Fab held her back, Charlotte was forced to watch as Cargill injured Bliss.

Bliss' arm was seen hanging awkwardly after the attack, as Flair frantically attempted to tend to her.

Flair and Bliss have been involved in a heated feud with Cargill, Michin and B-Fab for weeks, and all signs seem to be pointed toward an eventual one-on-one match between Jade and Charlotte at SummerSlam next month.

The attack on Bliss made the rivalry even more personal, and perhaps succeeded in getting the WWE Universe fully invested.
