Drake Reveals Massive Bet for Conor McGregor vs. Max Holloway Rematch at UFC 329
Drake is feeling confident in Conor McGregor's ability to win his first UFC fight in almost five years.
The rapper announced Friday on Instagram he had placed a $1 million bet on McGregor to defeat Max Holloway at UFC 329 on Saturday in Las Vegas.
Drake would receive a $2.85 million payout if McGregor wins, according to the screenshot shared on his Instagram.
Drake has a mixed record with the bets he shares on social media. He reportedly won $1 million after sharing a screenshot of a $770,000 bet on Canada to beat South Africa in the Round of 32 at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The rapper then won $1 when trying what he called a "reverse curse strategy" by betting against Canada in a Round of 16 matchup against Morocco.
His screenshots show some more significant losses in the NHL over the last few years. Drake claimed to have bet $500,000 on the Edmonton Oilers to win the 2024 Stanley Cup and $1 million on the Toronto Maple Leafs to win the 2025 second round, only to see the Florida Panthers emerge victorious from both series.
McGregor and Holloway both made weight Friday ahead of McGregor's first UFC action since breaking his leg in a loss to Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in 2021.
Holloway, who most recently lost to Charles Oliveira at UFC 326 in March, is looking to bounce back after two losses in his last three bouts.
The UFC 329 main card is set to start at 9 p.m. ET Friday night at T-Mobile Arena.
