WWE's Logan Paul Updates Rehab on Major Injury After Surgery, 'The Silver Lining Will Be Glorious'
WWE superstar Logan Paul has provided an update on his rehab after undergoing surgery to repair a torn triceps.
In a post on Instagram, Paul wrote is "the silver lining will be glorious, I know it" as part of his message to fans:
"Yeah recovery is going well. Really thought this was gonna be my year in the WWE but God had different plans and that's ok. I have so much to be thankful for: a beautiful family, more time with my daughter, attention on the perfect launch for (Rip It). But for now I told my wife I probably have another 2/3 days of (b--ching) and moaning. I think that's fair. Then I'm gonna get back to kicking ass & manifesting my reality cuz this is all a simulation anyway. The silver lining will be glorious, I know it."
Paul tore his triceps during The Vision's world tag title defense against the Street Profits on the May 23 episode of Saturday Night's Main Event. He revealed the injury occurred on a spot when he was trying to catch Angelo Dawkins on a dive spot from the ring to the outside.
"What had happened was, I was on the outside, a nearly 300-pound [Angelo] Dawkins comes flying over the ropes," Paul said. "He lands on me, my arm is flexed and trying to catch him. Too much weight, too much tension, I could feel the tendons snap off the elbow."
Despite the injury, Paul and Austin Theory retained the tag titles when Theory pinned Montez Ford.
Paul underwent surgery a few days later and said doctors gave him a six-month recovery timeline. A six-month timeline would have him back in the ring toward the end of 2026 or early 2027.
Rather than forfeit the titles due to Paul's injury, Bron Breakker took his spot as Theory's partner.
Paul and Theory originally won the titles on March 30 by defeating the Usos in a street fight at Madison Square Garden in New York.
