Giants' Eluemunor Rips Colin Cowherd for 'Overpaid' Comment on Video After Dexter Lawrence Trade
After Fox Sports' Colin Cowherd called him "overpaid," New York Giants right tackle Jermaine Eluemunor responded on social media.
Eluemunor said he "earned every damn penny" of his three-year, $39 million contract he signed with the Giants.
"Idk why you've chosen to open your mouth about s--t you clearly have no clue about," he wrote on social media. "'Journeyman' Sure it was a Journey to get to where I'm at now but I EARNED every damn penny of the contract I signed. Oh and I just so Happened to be one of the BEST RTs in the league last year."

Eluemunor's response came after Cowherd called him "overpaid" while listing some of the Giants' issues following the Dexter Lawrence trade.
"Your right tackle, you probably overpaid him. He's a journeyman," Cowherd said. "He'll be pressed into left tackle duty at some point, and then you'll be a mess at both tackles."
Eluemunor was already looking to put together a big season following his new deal, but now he has even more motivation.
