Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose vs. Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper Announced for SummerSlam
WWE SummerSlam is slated to take place August 23 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, and the lineup for the extravaganza received a boost Thursday when it was announced that Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper will team up to clash against Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose, according to WWE.com's Joe Passantino.
On Thursday night's episode of SmackDown, Reigns announced the impending event after downing Rusev, according to WWE Universe on Twitter:

Wyatt then responded to Reigns' challenge later on during Thursday night's edition of SmackDown, per WWE on Twitter:
Given the recent history between the two sides, a SummerSlam showdown makes plenty of sense.
Wyatt and Reigns have engaged in a rivalry that's been amped up following Wyatt's comments regarding Reigns' daughter.
Passantino provided an overview of the evolving rivalry:
"Wyatt and Reigns squared off at WWE Battleground, and as The Big Dog looked to have his adversary beat, a hooded Harper emerged to aid his former leader.
The next night, Wyatt made it clear that he and Harper were still family, and Reigns seemed to be fighting an uphill battle. That all changed when The Lunatic Fringe emerged to support his friend, resulting in a chaotic brawl following Reigns’ match against Harper. When Wyatt and Harper emerged on the following SmackDown to cost Ambrose his match with Sheamus, it became evident that they had not taken Ambrose’s meddling lightly.
"
And while the matchup should provide serious entertainment, Jerry Lawler and WrestlingInc.com had slightly differing views of the impending battle:
With this heated affair added to a lineup that already included confirmed matches between Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker, plus an intercontinental Triple Threat championship match between Ryback, Big Show and The Miz, SummerSlam certainly won't disappoint.
