Full List of LSU Players Drafted in Each Round of 2026 NFL Draft

LSU football endured a tumultuous year to say the least. Head coach Brian Kelly was let go after a 5-3 start (2-3 in the SEC), and the Tigers scuffled to a 7-6 finish. In late November, Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin dramatically left the Rebels for LSU on a $91 million deal.

Baton Rouge will be the center of college football attention in 2026, but in the pros, numerous talented ex-Tigers can absolutely make noise.

Cornerback Mansoor Delane is ranked as the top player at his position and eighth overall, per the B/R NFL Scouting Department. In addition, B/R gave him a pro comparison to Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Quinyon Mitchell, who just earned First Team All-Pro honors.

LSU safety A.J. Haulcy looks like a potential problem in the league as well. Haulcy amassed 347 tackles over his four collegiate seasons at New Mexico, Houston and then LSU last year. B/R's scouting report said Haulcy "looks like a linebacker playing safety."

Quarterback Garrett Nussmeier endured some struggles last year as he dealt with a serious core muscle injury, but he's past that now and could make his mark in the NFL. B/R NFL scout Damian Parson had some positive comments about his game.

"Garrett Nussmeier is a 'pro-ready' quarterback prospect and a natural thrower. His playing style resembles a pass-first point guard on the NBA hardwood," Parson said in part.

Two of his targets are making their way to the league in wide receivers Barion Brown and Aaron Anderson. Brown had a team-high 53 receptions for 532 yards and one touchdown. Anderson caught 33 passes for 398 yards in an injury-shortened, nine-game year (he had a 61/884/5 season the year prior).

Linebacker Harold Perkins Jr. and edge Jack Pyburn are also headed to the NFL. Perkins entered LSU as a five-star prospect in 2022 and emerged with seven-and-a-half sacks and 13 tackles for a loss in his freshman year. He added five-and-a-half sacks and 13 more TFL in 2023 but unfortunately suffered a torn ACL in 2024 and played just four games. He returned in 2025 and had four sacks and 56 tackles in 12 games. Perkins is projected as a mid-round pick and could be a steal.

Pyburn, a transfer from Florida, had 52 tackles and a pair of sacks last year. The B/R NFL Scouting Department offered a pro comparison to Kingsley Enagbare, who carved out a niche with the Packers as a part-time starter over four years before joining the New York Jets.
