New Field Yates NFL Draft Big Board Rankings for Top 150 Prospects Drops, Top Risers, Fallers

Joseph ZuckerApr 16, 2026

LSU cornerback Mansoor Delane and Utah offensive tackle Spencer Fano climbed into the top 10 on the newest big board from ESPN's Field Yates.

Delane and Fano sit ninth and 10th, respectively, and displaced Arizona State wide receiver Jordyn Tyson and Miami edge-rusher Rueben Bain Jr. The top eight from Yates' last big board in March is unchanged:

1. Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana

2. Jeremiyah Love, RB, Notre Dame

3. David Bailey, Edge, Texas Tech

4. Arvell Reese, Edge/LB, Ohio State

5. Sonny Styles, LB, Ohio State

6. Caleb Downs, S, Ohio State

7. Carnell Tate, WR, Ohio State

8. Francis Mauigoa, OT, Miami

9. Mansoor Delane, CB, LSU

10. Spencer Fano, OT, Utah

Bain slipped all the way to 13th.

"His undersized frame has been a talking point in the predraft process, as he has sub-31-inch arms," Yates wrote. "Per ESPN Research, no edge rusher over the past two decades has been drafted in the first round with those measurements."

The Ringer's Todd McShay wrote in his mock draft that "his arm length is a real concern and may contribute to a draft-day slide," projecting the Hurricanes star to go 14th.

Bain was the No. 9 overall pick in Bleacher Report's newest mock draft.

The Kansas City Chiefs had 35 sacks as a team in 2025, and they lacked a true standout option off the edge. George Karlaftis III had six sacks in 16 appearances. Strengthening that area of the field makes sense.

Having lost Trent McDuffie and Jaylen Watson, Kansas City could have its sights set on Delane instead. The team hasn't done much to strengthen the secondary so far.

Delane and Tennessee's Jermod McCoy (No. 14) are the two best corners on Yates' big board. There's a relatively big gap between McCoy and the third-best cornerback, San Diego State's Chris Johnson in 30th.

Should the Chiefs pass on Delane, he's a popular pick for the Cincinnati Bengals at No. 10.

The Bengals allowed the second-most yards in the league and were 26th in pass defense. Building a contender around franchise quarterback Joe Burrow starts with boosting the defense.

The arrivals of Jonathan Allen and Boye Mafe should improve the point of attack. A lockdown corner remains a glaring need heading into the draft.
