Jadeveon Clowney, Joey Bosa, Cam Jordan's Best Landing Spots After 2026 NFL Draft Day 1
The first day of the NFL draft is in the books, and teams have started addressing some of their biggest needs this offseason.
Once the dust settles on the draft, teams will turn their attention back to free agency to fill in the gaps. For those in need of a pass rusher, Jadeveon Clowney, Joey Bosa and Cam Jordan will be waiting.
Here are some potential landing spots for those three.

Clowney, 33, had a resurgence with the Dallas Cowboys last season when he recorded 8.5 sacks to prove he's still a serviceable pass rusher. He's looking to repeat that success this year and would be a low-risk option for plenty of teams.
San Francisco 49ers
The Niners already brought Osawaru Odighizuwa over from Dallas this offseason, and they could sign another former Cowboys to pair alongside him.
San Francisco is hoping to get Nick Bosa and Mykel Williams back on the field sooner rather than later, but Clowney would be a solid fill-in who could still get snaps once those two are back from their respective injuries.
Chicago Bears
The Bears are among the bottom of the league when it comes to available cap space, but they still need a pass rusher this offseason.
While trading for an edge rusher is always an option, Chicago could instead pick up Clowney on an affordable deal as it looks to keep up the momentum from a strong 2025 campaign.
Joey Bosa's Top Landing Spots

Joey Bosa has perhaps lost a step or two in recent years, but he's still more than capable of making an impact on a defensive line.
In his time with the Buffalo Bills last year, he recorded 29 tackles, five sacks and an NFL-best five forced fumbles. At 30 years old, he likely can produce a season similar to that in 2026.
Tennessee Titans
The Titans actually had some decent defensive numbers in 2025 despite being one of the worst teams in the league, and much of the credit can go to star defensive tackle Jeffrey Simmons.
Still, it could be worthwhile for Tennessee to bring in Bosa to complement Simmons and double down on being a defense-focused squad as the team looks to establish its identity.
The Titans also have plenty of cap space to work with, so Bosa's contract wouldn't be too much for them.
San Francisco 49ers
The Niners seem like a logical fit for Bosa, both because they need another pass rusher, and it would give him the chance to play alongside his brother, Nick Bosa, once again.
San Francisco general manager John Lynch was hesitant to make any promises about signing Bosa this offseason back in March.
"I know Mama Bosa would love that, but I don't know if we can afford him," Lynch said.
If Bosa is willing to join the team at a reasonable price, the 49ers should pull the trigger.
Cam Jordan's Top Landing Spots

Though Jordan will be 37 when the 2026 season starts, he's managed to stay productive.
Last season, he recorded 47 tackles, 10.5 sacks, two forced fumbles and a pair of passes defended. He's still more than capable of holding his own.
Cincinnati Bengals
The Bengals' atrocious defense once again held them back from reaching the playoffs last year, and they need to make all the upgrades that they can.
Jordan would be a strong addition to the defensive line and would likely sign for a reasonable price, giving Cincinnati the financial freedom to make upgrades elsewhere.
He wouldn't replace what Trey Hendrickson brought, but he'd certainly make an impact.
Atlanta Falcons
The Falcons' sacks leader from the 2025 season, James Pearce Jr., has questions surrounding his future amid felony charges this offseason, so Atlanta could very well have a need for a pass rusher.
Jordan could be the right fit since they likely could bring him in on a short-term, low-commitment deal that doesn't break the bank.
New Orleans Saints
While there are plenty of indications that Jordan won't be back in New Orleans at this point, it's certainly still on the table.
Considering he's spent his entire career with the team, it would only be fitting for him to spend his final years in the NFL with the Saints. That could mean signing for less than he's worth, or it could mean New Orleans overpaying a bit to keep the veteran around.
