Travis Kelce Reveals What His Masters Menu Would Be After Rory McIlroy's Menu Trends in Photo

Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce has an avid interest in golf, so it's no surprise that he already has some ideas for what his ideal dinner menu would be for the Masters Tournament after 2025 champion Rory McIlroy's menu was revealed last month.

During Wednesday's episode of the New Heights podcast, Kelce gave a rundown of his top food choices for the Masters Club Dinner before he and his brother, Jason, reviewed McIlroy's menu.

"I mean, honestly, I feel like I go universal. I wouldn't make everybody f---ing pay. I would make everybody enjoy it [with] Mama Kelce's dinner rolls to start it off," Kelce said (h/t Escher Walcott of People). "[Then] I'm going like a little smash burger, maybe some super salty fried chicken … You're in the south, so I feel like there should be some version of, like, southern meal in there."

Kelce continued: "I'm a big mac and cheese guy too. I'd probably go similar to Bubba [Gump Shrimp Co.], but a more updated version for sure. Maybe not just as simple as that, but the key lime pie is a nice finish. I've always liked the Dairy Queen ice cream cake, too. I haven't had one in a long time."

Of course, Kelce's menu isn't as structured as McIlroy's, as he chose four different appetizers, a first course, two main courses and a dessert, all of which have some meaning to him personally.

However, the Kelce brothers didn't seem to be big fans of McIlroy's dinner menu as they reviewed the choices.

"We got some peach ricotta flatbread with a little hot honey basil and balsamic … He's two for two on me right now," Travis said before adding, "Bacon wrapped dates, and now I'm out."

"Grilled elk sliders. Why would you have elk when you just have beef?" Jason wondered.

"Caramelized onion jam. I almost threw up," Travis replied.

"Yellowfin tuna. What the f--k?" Jason continued. "Grilled chicken breast?"

When Travis asked, "What's wrong with grilled chicken breast?" Jason insisted, "If [it's] a special occasion, we can do better than a grilled chicken breast."

It sounds like McIlroy didn't win over the Kelce brothers with his menu, but they will surely be tuning in to see if he can defend his Masters Tournament title when the event begins next Thursday.
