The Masters unveiled the menu Wednesday for the 2026 Champions Dinner, as chosen by reigning Masters winner Rory McIlroy.

Per ESPN, the Masters Champions Dinner has been an annual tradition since 1952 when two-time Masters winner Ben Hogan came up with the concept of past champions dining together ahead of the tournament.
At the 2026 Champions Dinner, those in attendance will start off with peach and ricotta flatbread, rock shrimp tempura, bacon-wrapped dates and grilled elk sliders.
That will be followed by a first course of yellowfin tuna carpaccio, served with foie gras, a toasted baguette and chives.
The diners will then have their choice of either wagyu filet mignon or seared salmon as their main course, with sides of traditional Irish champ, which is a mashed potato dish, plus sautéed Brussels sprouts, glazed carrots with brown butter and crispy Vidalia onion rings.
Capping off the night is a dessert of sticky toffee pudding, vanilla ice cream and warm toffee sauce.
Several beverages are also listed on the menu, including various wines and champagnes.
Per David Rumsey of Front Office Sports, McIlroy specifically mentioned the drinks while discussing his menu Wednesday, saying that he was most excited to utilize the "famous Augusta National wine cellar."
Although McIlroy is from Northern Ireland, his menu has some similarities to that of American Scottie Scheffler, who was the 2024 Masters winner.
Like Scheffler, McIlroy chose sliders and shrimp among his appetizer options, as well as beef and fish offerings for the main course.
The 2026 Champions Dinner is scheduled for April 7, just two days before the start of the 90th Masters tournament on April 9 in Augusta, Georgia.
