Jackson in particular has been utilizing the sweet science to get into shape for the 2026 NFL season:

Keeping Jackson healthy is one of the key factors for the Ravens in 2026. The superstar quarterback missed four games last season and Baltimore missed the playoffs for just the second time since 2018. Jackson, Flowers and the rest of the Ravens are hoping for a bounce-back campaign.
