Dell, 26, missed the entire 2025 season after suffering a dislocated knee while tearing his ACL, MCL, and LCL and incurring further meniscus damage in Dec. 2024.
"What I've been through is something that taught me to be humble and just keep working," he told Sam Warren of the Houston Chronicle in January. "But I'm back. I feel like I'm feeling good right now... Once the season comes, we're gonna cook up."
He added that it's been the "hardest year of my life."
"I've been playing football since I was 5, and that was the first year I've ever had to sit out from football," he noted. "That was hard."
For his career, Dell has caught 98 passes for 1,376 yards and 10 touchdowns. He'll pair with Nico Collins, Jayden Higgins and Xavier Hutchinson to give C.J. Stroud an array of weapons in the passing game.
