Michael Jordan Hypes Tyler Reddick After 4th Win of NASCAR Season, 'Unbelievable Job'

Tyler Reddick is off to a hot start to the 2026 NASCAR season, earning his fourth win of the year at Darlington Raceway on Sunday.

After the victory, 23XI Racing owner Michael Jordan had high praise for his top driver.

"He kept his composure and I think he did an unbelievable job," Jordan said. "... He did the job and he earned it all week, and I'm real proud of the team."

Reddick got off to a historically good start to the 2026 campaign, winning the first three races of the year. He was the first driver in NASCAR history to sweep the first three events of the season.

After Ryan Blaney won in Phoenix two weeks ago and 23XI Racing co-owner Denny Hamlin won last week, Reddick returned to the top of the podium with a gutsy win in Darlington.

Reddick, who started the race in first, battled through electrical issues that forced him to shut off the fans inside his car and later had to have his battery changed. He was also involved in a wreck late in the race.

While plenty went wrong on Sunday, Reddick took the lead with 28 laps to go and held onto it through the checkered flag.

"I'm pretty sure it's frustrating for him because he had an unbelievable car," Jordan said. "You know, you never know what's going to happen, especially at Darlington. I think that the key to him winning was just keeping his head.

"I think Billy [Scott] did a good job of trying to keep him calm. We knew we had a fast car. We knew on a 30-lap run we were real good, on a short-lap run we were real good. We just had to get the car right."

After his fourth win of the year, Reddick is sitting comfortably atop the Cup Series standings, 61 points ahead of the second-placed Bubba Wallace.
