Abdul Carter's New Giants Jersey Number Revealed in Photo After Russell Wilson Exit

Abdul Carter has a new number.

The New York Giants' edge-rusher will wear No. 3 next season, the same number that quarterback Russell Wilson wore on the team in 2025:

Carter, 22, had some ups-and-downs in his rookie season but ultimately finished with 43 tackles (seven for loss), four sacks, 23 quarterback hits, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and 66 pressures (11th in the NFL). There were glimpses of the superstar upside that made him the No. 3 overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft.

And that was wearing No. 51. New York fans will be hoping the new look is a precursor to a monster sophomore campaign.
