Jaylen Waddle's Broncos Jersey Number Revealed in Photo After Trade From Dolphins
Denver Broncos wide receiver Jaylen Waddle will still wear No. 17 for his new team after the Miami Dolphins traded him and a fourth-round draft pick for first-, third- and fourth-round draft choices on Tuesday.
Per Jon Heath of Broncos Wire, Waddle sported No. 17 at Episcopal High School in Bellaire, Texas before doing the same at Alabama and then with the Dolphins, who selected the wideout with the No. 6 overall pick in the 2021 NFL draft.

Wide receiver Lil'Jordan Humphrey wore No. 17 with the Broncos last year, and he re-signed with the team on a one-year deal for the 2026 season. However, it appears he'll be getting a new number now with Waddle getting No. 17.
Waddle began his career with three straight 1,000-yard seasons. He led Miami in receiving last year with 64 receptions, 910 yards and six touchdowns. On paper, he forms a stout one-two punch at wideout in Denver alongside Courtland Sutton as the Broncos look to build upon an impressive 14-3 season that ended with an AFC Championship Game appearance.
