Heading into the 2026 MLB season, Pittsburgh Pirates fans can count on one thing: They're going to be well fed.
The team announced Wednesday the new additions to its concessions menu at PNC Park.

The fresh offerings include a Boricua Dog, which is a regular hot dog with sofrito beef, sauerkraut, American cheese, yellow mustard, ketchup, onion and potato sticks. There will also be Nutella beignets, an empanada and a cold pierogi salad.
The Pirates are aiming to improve on a 71-91 finish in 2025. Despite having ace Paul Skenes for a full season, the team's attendance also dropped compared to 2024.
To help spark the turnaround, Pittsburgh added Ryan O'Hearn, Marcell Ozuna and Brandon Lowe to the lineup, and veteran reliever Gregory Soto gives the bullpen another option in late innings. Top prospect Konnor Griffin might even debut at some point, too.
At the very least, the Pirates should be able to contend for a wild-card berth, and nothing excites a fanbase more than a winning team.
