Medvedev reached out to United Airlines in a Tuesday post on X after his bags were lost during a flight to Florida for the upcoming tournament.

The 30-year-old enters the Miami Open looking to win his 24th ATP singles title, with his most recent triumph coming at the Dubai Championships on Feb. 28.
Medvedev has plenty of momentum heading into the event, as he's coming off a strong performance at Indian Wells. He handed Carlos Alcaraz his first loss of the year in the semifinal round before ultimately falling to Jannik Sinner in the final.
Medvedev previously won the Miami Open in 2023 and will receive a first-round bye in the 2026 tournament as one of the top 32 seeds.
His first match will take place on Friday in the round of 64, as he's scheduled to face the winner of a clash between Aleksandar Kovacevic and Rei Sakamoto.
