Baltimore Ravens star quarterback Lamar Jackson took his offseason training off the football field and into the boxing ring.

"I salute every boxer out there," Jackson wrote on the video. "This man had me do this after combos [non] stop. Im mf tired coach."

Jackson's trainer certainly put him through his paces, calling for punch after punch before eventually giving him a break.

The two-time NFL MVP is hoping to lead the Ravens back to title contention after falling short of the playoffs this year. Baltimore hired former Los Angeles Chargers defensive coordinator Jesse Minter as head coach to replace John Harbaugh, so Jackson will have to be at his best for the new staff.

It seems that the 29-year-old is still finding new ways to get better, and adding boxing to his repertoire could further boost his exceptional skills on the football field.
