Netflix confirmed Nate Diaz and Mike Perry will fight on a card co-headlined by Ronda Rousey vs. Gina Carano and Francis Ngannou vs. Philipe Lins.

This is Diaz's first time inside the cage since his 2022 victory over Tony Ferguson at UFC 279.

"Glad to be back in action. It's time," Diaz said in Monday's announcement. "Don't forget where this all came from. I got plans on doing a lot more in the next 10 years, no matter where it is. Time to set the bar again, so get ready for a new takeover again and again until the end of time."

The 40-year-old is 21-13 as a pro. While he never won a recognized championship, he was a widely respected fighter during his UFC run, and his popularity has endured for the most part despite his MMA hiatus.

After leaving the UFC, Diaz fought twice in a boxing ring. He lost a unanimous decision to Jake Paul and earned a majority decision over Jorge Masvidal in 2024, somewhat avenging his 2019 defeat to Masvidal for the UFC's symbolic BMF belt.

Perry will be shaking off a lot of rust as well. His last MMA fight was in 2021, when he dropped a unanimous decision to Daniel Rodriguez.

The 34-year-old pivoted to bare-knuckle fighting. He's 6-0 in the BKFC, most recently beating Jeremy Stephens by TKO this past October, and he has been crowned the promotion's "King of Violence."

Diaz and Perry will compete in five five-minute rounds with a weight limit of 170 lbs.
