Latest 2026 NFL Salary Cap Outlook for All 32 Teams After Adjustments Revealed During Free Agency

The Tennessee Titans have already made a handful of moves and even revealed new uniforms and a logo this offseason, but they may not be done if the latest salary cap adjustment numbers are any indication.

Spotrac shared a look at the salary cap gains for each team in the NFL on Friday following the adjustments, and nobody has more space than the AFC South team. Things are also looking positive for the San Francisco 49ers, Cleveland Browns and Arizona Cardinals:

While it is surely better to have more cap space than less, it should also be noted many of the headline free agents have already chosen their next teams at this point of the offseason.

Marquee players such as Trey Hendrickson, Tyler Linderbaum, Jaelan Phillips, Alec Pierce, Malik Willis, Kyler Murray, John Franklin-Myers, Riq Woolen and Kenneth Walker III, among many others, already agreed to new deals.

Still, there are some notable names remaining.

Veterans such as Jauan Jennings, Joey Bosa, Stefon Diggs, Deebo Samuel and Aaron Rodgers are among those who have not decided on their future yet and remain available on the market. They all may be past their peak at this point, but they could provide proven depth to whichever team signs them later in the offseason.

That Tennessee sits atop the list is notable, as it is starting a new era in the 2026 season with head coach Robert Saleh. It will also be Cam Ward's second season in the league, and the team will need him to take a leap if it is going to contend for a playoff spot in 2026.

The Titans added Wan'Dale Robinson, Franklin-Myers, Alontae Taylor and Cor'Dale Flott, among others, and appear to have a better roster around Ward than they did when he was just 3-14 as a rookie starter after he was the No. 1 overall pick of the 2025 NFL draft.

Having the No. 4 overall pick of the upcoming draft will provide another opportunity to add an impact player ahead of the 2026 season.

But the front office still has some cap space to play with if it wants to bolster the depth elsewhere on the roster.
