Bengals' Ja'Marr Chase Makes April Fool's Day Joke After Trey Hendrickson's Ravens Contract
Cincinnati Bengals star Ja'Marr Chase is trying to keep track of the whirlwind 12 hours in the AFC North that ended with Trey Hendrickson leaving to join the Baltimore Ravens after their trade for Maxx Crosby fell apart.
Chase posted a GIF on X along with the caption asking, "Mmmmh today April 1st?"

The Ravens backed out of their trade agreement with the Las Vegas Raiders for Crosby due to concerns over his knee that required surgery in January.
Baltimore's front office followed that up by getting Hendrickson to agree to a four-year, $112 million contract on Wednesday morning to give the team a proven pass-rusher.
It's understandable that Chase would have some conflicted emotions and feel confused right now. Hendrickson signed with the Bengals as a free agent in March 2021, one month before the team drafted Chase with the No. 5 overall pick.
Chase and Hendrickson were huge factors in the Bengals' rise in the AFC that included an appearance in Super Bowl 56 and the 2022 AFC Championship Game.
Losing Hendrickson leaves a huge void in Cincinnati's defense that the team is hoping Boye Mafe can fill. The Bengals agreed to terms with Mafe on a three-year, $60 million contract in free agency.
