The New York Giants agreed to a two-year contract with fullback Patrick Ricard in free agency on Tuesday, according to NFL insider Jordan Schultz.

Ricard's deal contains a base value of $7.63 million and a maximum value of over $8.5 million, per NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.

He'll continue to play under head coach John Harbaugh on the Giants, as the pair were previously together with the Baltimore Ravens from 2017-25.

Ricard earned six Pro Bowl nods and two Second Team All-Pro honors during his Ravens tenure, receiving First Team All-Pro recognition for his 2024 season.

The 31-year-old operated a key piece of Baltimore's rushing attack, as the Ravens ranked No. 2 among all teams by averaging 156.6 rush yards per game in 2025.

Baltimore also ranked No. 1 in rushing offense in 2024, No. 1 in 2023, No. 2 in 2022, No. 3 in 2021 and No. 1 in 2020.

While Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson's dual-threat capabilities deserve plenty of credit for the team's performances on the ground, Ricard has repeatedly made his presence felt as well.

The fullback missed six games during the 2025 season due to a calf injury.

Baltimore averaged 126.2 rushing yards per game with Ricard sidelined before averaging 173.2 rushing yards per game with him active (h/t ESPN's Jamison Hensley).

As for the Giants, they've continued to sign players that were coached by Harbaugh in Baltimore. New York has reportedly agreed to deals with former Ravens players including tight end Isaiah Likely, punter Jordan Stout and safety Ar'Darius Washington.

Now, Ricard will be blocking for a running back group headlined by Tyrone Tracy Jr. and Cam Skattebo.
