Kyle Schwarber Praised By Fans as Aaron Judge, Team USA Beat Great Britain at 2026 WBC

Kyle Schwarber delivered the power for the United States in the 9-1 win over Great Britain at the 2026 World Baseball Classic on Saturday night.

Schwarber gave Team USA some separation on the scoreboard with his two-run blast in the fifth inning.

Gunnar Henderson added two more runs in the fifth-inning rally with a two-run single.

Team USA scored three more runs in the sixth inning. Aaron Judge's line-drive single was the highlight of that rally.

Tarik Skubal and Clay Holmes combined to produce 11 strikeouts over the first six innings. The only blemish from the USA pitchers was a leadoff home run from Great Britain's Nate Eaton.

Team USA is now 2-0 in pool play. After a day off, the Americans take on Mexico on Monday, a game that is expected to determine the winner of Pool B
