Team Italy is bringing back its signature dugout espresso machine to the 2026 World Baseball Classic.
Italy manager Francisco Cervelli showed off the machine ahead of Italy's 8-0 pool play win over Brazil.
"Coffee, it's a way of living. Not just a drink, okay?" Cervelli told reporters.

The broadcast later showed Dante Nori drinking a shot of espresso to celebrate the solo home run he hit for Italy in the bottom of the seventh inning.
The Italian team first introduced an espresso machine to the dugout during the 2023 World Baseball Classic.
That tournament saw Team Italy advance past the group stage for the second time in WBC history.
The Italians will hope more espresso means another trip to the quarterfinal bracket in 2026.
First, Team Italy will look to build on Saturday's win over Brazil when pool play continues Sunday with an 8 p.m. ET matchup against Mexico.
