WWE's Logan Paul Eyes Tom Brady Fight After Being Called a 'B---h' to Rob Gronkowski in Viral Video
The feud between Tom Brady and Logan Paul ahead of the Fanatics Flag Football Classic added another chapter recently when the quarterback called Paul a "b---h" in a video making the rounds on social media.
Now Paul has fired back on the latest edition of his Impaulsive podcast.
"I'm still going to score that touchdown and beat Tom Brady's ass," Paul said in part.
"I wouldn't be surprised if I throw hands with Tom Brady on the field in L.A. during that flag football game. I'm not kidding. Dude, Tom Brady does not want to throw hands."
The trash talking began when Brady appeared on Paul's podcast in February.
Paul, who is now starring in WWE, called himself the "highest level" of athlete. Brady didn't agree, even saying he was a "little worried" for him.
"You're a good athlete, but when I'm thinking of Saquon Barkley, Odell Beckham, Justin Jefferson," Brady said. "It's cute. I love WWE, it's very cute. But honestly this is like real football, this is real competition."
Brady then added: "I'm glad you're going to participate in a competition that matters."
The war of words, which one can easily construe as trash talk being used to hype the event, continued when Brady appeared in a video on his Instagram alongside his ex-NFL teammate, Rob Gronkowski.
"Logan Paul's a b---h," he said. "Just say he's a b---h. … Come play with the big boys, you're lucky you won't get hit."
The caption of the post also read: "I hear @loganpaul and the wrestlers got upset that we said football is hard. Luckily Logan gets to find out firsthand."
Paul clearly hasn't taken kindly to the talk and is set to prove himself on Saturday, March 21.
The event was set to occur in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, but Paul stated in the podcast that it will now be in Los Angeles. It's a three-team, round-robin tournament (plus a championship game) that has current and former NFL players involved such as Brady, Gronkowski, Saquon Barkley, Christian McCaffrey and Myles Garrett. Paul will also take part, of course.
