Bad Bunny Halftime Show Draws 4.2B Global Viewers in 24 Hours to Set NFL Super Bowl Record

This year's Super Bowl halftime show was a success.

Per Roc Nation, Bad Bunny's performance at halftime of the Seattle Seahawks win over the New England Patriots drew 4.2 billion global viewers on broadcasts, YouTube and digital, making it the most-watched halftime show of all time.

Becoming the most-watched halftime show is no small feat considering stars such as Michael Jackson, U2, The Rolling Stones and more have performed at the Super Bowl.

It's also not much of a surprise to see the star generate such an audience. After all, he was Spotify's most-streamed artist last year with nearly 20 billion streams in 2025. It marked the fourth time he's garnered the most streams in a single year.

His music also appeals to a global fan base, which likely led to fans tuning in from around the world who perhaps wouldn't have for a different artist.

Considering commissioner Roger Goodell has prioritized taking the NFL global, Bad Bunny might have been the perfect choice for this year's halftime show.
