All 32 NFL general managers were graded as part of the 2026 player report cards compiled by the NFL Players Association and obtained by ESPN's Kalyn Kahler.
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones received a "B" grade from players, while New York Giants general manager Joe Schoen's "D+" grade was the worst mark in the league.

NFLPA report card grades for all 32 head coaches were also revealed.
Both the Cowboys and Giants failed to exceed expectations in 2025, as Dallas missed the playoffs for a second consecutive year with a 7-9-1 record. Meanwhile, New York posted a 4-13 record and compiled a double-digit loss total for the third consecutive year.
Jones and the Cowboys were busy in 2025, sending star pass-rusher Micah Parsons to the Green Bay Packers in a blockbuster swap before the beginning of the season.
Dallas then bolstered its defensive front in the middle of the year, acquiring defensive tackle Quinnen Williams in a deal with the New York Jets.
Among the Cowboys' most notable moves was their trade for wide receiver George Pickens, as he caught a career-high 93 passes for 1,429 yards and nine touchdowns during his first year in Dallas.
While Schoen helped the Giants cultivate a promising young core of quarterback Jaxson Dart and running back Cam Skattebo to go along with wideout Malik Nabers, Skattebo and Nabers both suffered season-ending injuries in 2025.
New York ended up hiring John Harbaugh as its new head coach at the end of the season, and he'll reportedly work with Schoen on personnel issues moving forward.
Both the Cowboys and Giants will be looking to climb up the NFC East standings in 2026.
