Texans Release 'First Look' Photo Renderings of New Training Facility, Headquarters
The Houston Texans provided fans with a first look at their planned Toro District on Wednesday.
The AFC South team released photographic renderings of what their training facility would look like, as well as the surrounding district that would include their team headquarters:

Anne James of CBS Houston noted the district will be in the Bridgeland community in Cypress, Texas, which is approximately 35 miles from NRG Stadium. The team said in a Wednesday press conference it plans to move to the facility in 2029.
"We wanted something world-class to match where we are headed," Hannah McNair, who is the vice president of the Houston Texans Foundation, said. "This will be an industry tone setter for global sports and entertainment."
Harris County will provide $150 million for the infrastructure improvements after county commissioners voted unanimously in approval of the plan. The Texans will pay for the facilities as part of the deal.
The team's headquarters and training complex are expected to be approximately 22 acres, while the other 61 acres of the 83-acre development will be devoted to retail, hotels, restaurants, commercial, entertainment and medical space.
This comes after three straight playoff appearances for the Texans and AFC South titles in two of the last three years.
However, Houston is yet to advance past the AFC Divisional Round in its franchise history, which dates back to 2002.
