Raiders, Seahawks' Andrew Janocko Agree to OC Contract for Klint Kubiak's Staff
Another member of the Seattle Seahawks' Super Bowl-winning coaching staff is joining the Las Vegas Raiders.
The Raiders announced Sunday that former Seattle Seahawks quarterbacks coach Andrew Janocko has been named their new offensive coordinator.
ESPN's Adam Schefter first reported that the Raiders and Janocko had finalized a deal.

Jaguars' Hypothetical Alvin Kamara Trade Offer
Janocko was on the Minnesota Vikings staff from 2015 to 2021, and he worked alongside Kubiak for three seasons. After serving as the Chicago Bears' quarterbacks coach for two seasons, he joined Kubiak again, this time in New Orleans during the 2024 campaign.
When Kubiak was hired as the Seahawks' offensive coordinator last offseason, he brought Janocko along to be his quarterbacks coach.
After Seattle won the Super Bowl, Kubiak confirmed that he would take over as the Raiders' head coach. He helped lead the Seahawks to having one of the best offenses in the league as they put up the third-most points per game (28.4) in the NFL.
While it's unsurprising to see Janocko join Kubiak's staff in Las Vegas, he was also reportedly in the mix for the Seahawks' offensive coordinator job. ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported on Wednesday that Janocko, Jake Peetz, Justin Outten and Mack Brown, all of whom were on staff in 2025, were expected to be among the Seahawks' targets to replace Kubiak.
Schefter also reported that San Francisco 49ers tight ends coach Brian Fleury interviewed for the job over the weekend.
With Janocko reportedly heading to Las Vegas, the Seahawks will have to take him off the list of potential candidates.
The Raiders, who went 3-14 under Pete Carroll in 2025, are hoping that Kubiak can be the coach to finally turn things around. Adding a championship-caliber coach like Janocko should help significantly.
