Cooper helped Indiana win a national championship this season by racking up 937 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns on 69 catches.
He is ranked as the No. 60 overall prospect and No. 12 wide receiver available on Bleacher Report's latest 2026 NFL Draft Big Board.
B/R NFL scout Dame Parson described Cooper as a receiver who "turns into a running back once the football is in his hands."
Parson noted that Cooper could improve his "functional but limited" catch radius and both his variety of routes.
Law, who is not ranked on Bleacher Report's Big Board, transferred to Kentucky for his senior season after seeing playing time mostly on special teams during three seasons at Alabama.
He finished the season having recorded 53 catches for 540 receiving yards and three touchdowns in 12 games for the 5-7 Wildcats.
Jeremiah described him as "explosive" and "dynamic" with the ball.
Neither Cooper nor Law were listed on Jeremiah's ranking of the top 50 draft-eligible prospects released by NFL.com in January, although Jeremiah said Monday that Cooper was now "in that mix."
Both wide receivers could potentially hope to improve their draft stock when the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine kicks off in Indianapolis on Feb. 25.
