Caleb Williams Didn't Speak to D.J. Moore After INT, Bears WR Declines Interviews amid Criticism
Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams told reporters on Monday that he hasn't spoken to D.J. Moore since the pair failed to connect in overtime on a passing play that ultimately ended in an interception.
ESPN's Courtney Cronin added that Moore "was not present in the locker room postgame nor during Monday's locker cleanout."

Williams originally described the interception as a "miscommunication" between himself and Moore. The quarterback wanted Moore to flatten out his route underneath the safety over the top, while Moore ran more vertically.
On Monday, Williams noted that he hopes to have further discussions with Moore and his receivers in the future to avoid a similar misunderstanding.
"Small things like that that show up in those moments that you may not have talked about, being on the same page, maybe you talked about it in Week 1 or Week 6 and it shows up in [Week 20]," he told reporters. "You know, it's something to learn from for myself, a learning experience, it's something for us to learn from as an offense and as a team. We'll go do that at some time."
