Joe Burrow Says NFL Catch Rule Confusion 'Flabbergasts Me' After Bills-Broncos, Rams-Bears Plays
Joe Burrow is on the side of the NFL officials after this past weekend's NFL Divisional Round action.
The Cincinnati Bengals quarterback took to social media Monday and said people not understanding what a catch is "flabbergasts" him after a controversial play in the Denver Broncos' victory over the Buffalo Bills that resembled one during the Los Angeles Rams' win over the Chicago Bears:

The play in the Broncos game was more controversial, as Denver defensive back Ja'Quan McMillian intercepted Josh Allen in overtime on a play that looked like it could have been ruled a Brandin Cooks catch.
Denver scored the game-winning field goal on the ensuing possession, which only elevated the controversy surrounding the interception.
For his part, Cooks told reporters he believed it was a catch when he said, "I feel that way. But at the end of the day, you don't, you know, no matter, ultimately this is where we're sitting now."
Yet he also said he understood he can't leave it in the "officials' hands."
As for the Rams game, it appeared as if Chicago may have picked off Matthew Stafford on a play during Los Angeles' touchdown drive in the fourth quarter.
However, officials ruled it a Davante Adams catch, which might not have sat well with Bills fans watching the NFC game.
Still, Burrow believes the officials got both calls correct and let people know it.
