JSN Trolls 49ers' Lenoir After Call Out, 'Hard to Respond Back to All My Fans'
Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba said he was aware that San Francisco 49ers cornerback Deommodore Lenoir called him out ahead of Saturday's battle for the top of the NFC.
The Seahawks ultimately won 13-3 to clinch the NFC West and a first-round bye.
"I definitely heard it. It's hard to respond back to all my fans," Smith-Njigba told reporters. "But, you know, I knew that we were going to see him today and take care of business."

Lenoir told reporters earlier this week he was hoping to "get to shadow JSN."
"Man-to-man coverage, me and him. That's what I want. Me and him," Lenoir said (h/t Seattle Sports' Cameron Van Til).
Smith-Njigba ultimately made six catches on eight targets for a team-high 84 receiving yards in the Seahawks' win.
Lenoir meanwhile recorded three tackles, including one for loss, for the 49ers.
The cornerback got his wish to be matched up with Smith-Njigba early in the game. He took a defensive pass interference penalty for obstructing the wide receiver on the game's opening drive.
The lead-up to the Week 18 game wasn't the first time Lenoir has criticized Smith-Njigba. He previously called the wide receiver a "crybaby" on an Instagram live last March, per Seattle Sports' Brent Stecker.
That hasn't stopped Smith-Njigba from posting the best season of any wide receiver in Seahawks history.
Smith-Njigba will ultimately finish the season with 119 catches for 1,793 yards and 10 touchdowns, shattering the franchise single-season record set by DK Metcalf in 2020.
The third-year receiver is now set to make his playoff debut when the top-seeded Seahawks begin their postseason run later this month.
There is a potential Lenoir and Smith-Njigba will match up again in the playoffs. After sitting out their first-round bye, the Seahawks will be starting the postseason against either the 49ers, Carolina Panthers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Los Angeles Rams or Green Bay Packers.
Which team ultimately matches up with Seattle in the postseason will be determined by Sunday's Week 18 action in addition to how the Wild Card round shakes out.
