Jake Paul Posts X-Ray Photo of 'Double' Broken Jaw After Being KO'd By Anthony Joshua
Getting punched in the face by a former heavyweight champion who outweighs you by nearly 30 pounds is not good for you, as Jake Paul found out on Friday night.
After his sixth-round knockout loss to Anthony Joshua, Paul posted the X-ray of the "double" broken jaw he suffered in the bout.

While an official timeline for Paul's recovery has not been established, his promoters suggested at least four to six weeks.
"A broken jaw is very common in sports, particularly in boxing or MMA. The recovery time is four to six weeks," Most Valuable Promotions CEO Nakisa Bidarian told reporters after the fight.
The actual difference in size between the two fighters was stark. Joshua weighed in 26.8 pounds heavier, five inches taller with a six-inch reach advantage.
This was also the active heavyweight fighter that Paul has squared off against. His only previous match in this weight class was his Nov. 2024 bout with Mike Tyson, who was 58 years old at the time.
The Compubox stats from Friday's bout look lopsided enough to suggest that one of the competitors would have left the ring with a broken jaw. Joshua landed three times as many strikes as Paul (48 to 16) and nearly four times as many power punches (34 to nine).
Joshua landed 22 of his 34 power strikes in the final two rounds.
Paul had never been knocked out in his professional boxing career prior to Friday night. His only previous loss was a split decision against Tommy Fury in February 2023.
