Nick Sirianni Reportedly 'More Involved' with Eagles Offense amid Kevin Patullo Rumors
Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni has been "more involved in the offensive preparations" leading up to a matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday, according to ESPN's Tim McManus.
Per McManus, Sirianni is "more vocal" in offensive meetings while also introducing material alongside offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo.
Sirianni previously told reporters that Patullo would remain Philadelphia's play-caller despite the team's offensive inconsistency throughout the 2025 season.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The defending Super Bowl champions are in a strong position to return to the playoffs, sitting atop the NFC East standings with a record of 8-4. Philadelphia is also just one game behind the Chicago Bears and Los Angeles Rams for the best record in the conference, remaining within striking distance of a first-round bye.
Still, offensive concerns have lingered around the Eagles throughout the year. They went from averaging 27.2 points per game in 2024 to 22.5 points per game this season.
Philadelphia also owns the NFL's No. 22 rushing attack in 2025 after boasting the league's No. 2 rushing offense last year.
The Eagles have particularly struggled of late, recording a mere 15.5 points per game over the past four weeks. They've gone 2-2 over that span.
As for Patullo, he's in the midst of his first year as Philadelphia's offensive coordinator. He replaced Kellen Moore, who was hired as head coach of the New Orleans Saints on Feb. 11.
If Sirianni eventually chooses to take over play-calling duties, it wouldn't be unheard of. Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell previously replaced first-year offensive coordinator John Morton as the team's play-caller ahead of Week 10.
The Lions have scored over 30 points in three out of their five games since the change.
Patullo will remain Philadelphia's play-caller with more input from Sirianni for now, though.
Kickoff between the Chargers and Eagles on Monday is at 8:15 p.m. ET.
