Week 13 Waiver Wire Pickups, Best Fantasy Sleepers to Target After Box Score Review
Week 13 got underway with a Thanksgiving tripleheader. The Chicago Bears and Philadelphia Eagles will pick things up on Friday afternoon, meaning four games will be in the books by the time the weekend arrives.
Fantasy managers who miss the early action may find themselves scrambling for spot-starters. Fortunately, a few viable options may still be available, even after waiver claims have been processed.
Let's dive into some of the top remaining waiver targets for point-per-reception (PPR) leagues.
Cam Ward, QB, Tennessee Titans

There haven't been many reasons to turn to Tennessee Titans rookie quarterback Cam Ward this season. With a struggling offensive line, an underwhelming receiving corps and coaching instability, Ward has struggled.
However, the Miami product has also shown flashes of being special and is coming off one of his best games of the season. Against a terrific Seattle Seahawks defense, he tallied 256 passing yards, a passing touchdown and a rushing touchdown.
Ward's latest outing was good for 23.9 fantasy points, and he could have a similar performance this week. The Titans will face the Jacksonville Jaguars, who have surrendered an average of 20.5 fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks.
Ward is still available in over 90 percent of Yahoo and ESPN leagues.
Devin Neal, RB, New Orleans Saints

There may still be a chance to grab New Orleans Saints running back Devin Neal, who is rostered in 52 percent of Yahoo leagues and only 37 percent of ESPN leagues.
Saints starter Alvin Kamara is dealing with a knee injury, meaning Neal is likely to be New Orleans' lead back this week against the Miami Dolphins. Neal was limited during the week with an ankle injury but should be the starter.
The Kansas product hasn't seen many opportunities this season, but he flashed his fantasy upside after Kamara went out in Week 12. He finished with five receptions and 61 scrimmage yards. He should have even stronger numbers against Miami.
The Dolphins have surrendered an average of 21.6 fantasy points to opposing backfields this season.
Jayden Higgins, WR, Houston Texans

Houston Texans rookie receiver Jayden Higgins is beginning to establish himself as a reliable fantasy option. The Iowa State product has been targeted at least seven times in three straight games and has also topped nine fantasy points in three straight.
Higgins has also reached double-digit fantasy points in three of his last five. It's worth noting that Higgins has been heavily targeted with Davis Mills at quarterback, and C.J. Stroud (concussion) might be back in the lineup this week. However, his matchup is attractive.
This week, the Texans will face the Indianapolis Colts, who have surrendered an average of 28.8 fantasy points to opposing receiver groups.
Higgins is still available in over 60 percent of Yahoo and ESPN leagues.
Gunnar Helm, TE, Tennessee Titans

Ward isn't the only Titans player who could reward managers off the waiver wire. Rookie tight end Gunnar Halm has a growing role and an ideal matchup.
Helm has seen five-plus targets in back-to-back games and led Tennessee with six receptions and 51 receiving yards against Seattle. Fellow tight end Chigoziem Okonkwo still leads the team in receiving, but Helm is establishing himself as a go-to target.
The Jaguars, meanwhile, have surrendered the second-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends. Only the Cincinnati Bengals have surrendered more to the position in 2025.
Helm is available in nearly 100 percent of Yahoo and ESPN leagues.
