Jake Paul Lists Conor McGregor, Babe Ruth in Video of His 10 Most Overrated Athletes

Jake Paul has revealed the athletes he believes are the most overrated.

The YouTuber-turned-boxer named a handful of legendary athletes like Baby Ruth and Cristiano Ronaldo, along with a few younger athletes like Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence and Minnesota Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards.

Paul also used the list as a chance to call out some other fighters, naming Ryan Garcia, Conor McGregor, Canelo Alvarez and Anthony Joshua among his most overrated athletes.

While some of the names on Paul's list are a bit surprising, one certainly isn't. Paul is set to fight Joshua on Dec. 19 at the Kaseya Center in Miami, so he's spending the weeks leading up to the fight calling out his opponent.

Joshua is a two-time unified heavyweight champion and Olympic gold medallist, making him one of Paul's toughest opponents to date. Paul is aware that many will pick Joshua to win the fight, but he believes it's a chance to prove himself.

"This isn't an AI simulation. This is Judgment Day," Paul said in a press release. "A professional heavyweight fight against an elite world champion in his prime. When I beat Anthony Joshua, every doubt disappears, and no one can deny me the opportunity to fight for a world title. To all my haters, this is what you wanted. To the people of the United Kingdom, I am sorry. On Friday, December 19, under the lights in Miami, live globally only on Netflix, the torch gets passed and Britain's Goliath gets put to sleep."

Paul clearly believes Joshua is overrated, and he'll look to back up that claim next month.
