Beau Stephens NFL Draft 2026 Scouting Report for Seattle Seahawks IOL
The Seattle Seahawks selected Iowa IOL Beau Stephens with the No. 148 overall pick in the 2026 NFL draft.
Beau Stephens is an efficient zone run-blocker with good quickness and very good competitive toughness. He needs to improve his sand and anchor strength to better hold up when isolated against power. The former Hawkeye projects as a scrappy swing interior backup who can stick in a lineup as a low-end starter in a zone-based, play-action heavy system.
Stephens is a 6'5", 315-pound offensive line prospect, who entered the Iowa program as a 4-star recruit in the 2021 class.
Stephens started 34 career games at left (24) and right (10) guard, including 13 games at left guard in 2025 as a member of the Joe Moore Award winning O-line unit. During the 2024 season he earned the team's Comeback Player of the Year after missing most of 2023 with an injury. He started 10 games at right guard in 2022 as a redshirt freshman. The former Hawkeyes participated in the Senior Bowl.
