NFL Draft 2026 Scouting Report for Missouri IOL Keagen Trost

Brandon ThornNov 20, 2025

The Los Angeles Rams selected Missouri OT Keagen Trost with the No. 93 overall pick in the 2026 NFL draft.

Keagen Trost is a barrel-chested, strong blocker with just enough initial burst to get centered and unlock his power. However, his marginal athleticism and lateral quickness restrict his margin for error and put a hard cap on his ceiling. All of this entails a controlled, self-aware style, which offers a pathway to becoming an NFL-caliber swing backup at tackle or guard.

Trost is a 6'5", 311-pound offensive line prospect, who originally entered the Morgan State program as an unranked recruit in the 2019 class. He transferred to Indiana State in 2020 and again to Wake Forest for the 2024 campaign before finishing his career this fall with Missouri.

Trost started 46 career games over his seven year collegiate career at right tackle (32), left tackle (13) and right guard (one), including 13 at right tackle in 2025 as a second team All-American. Trost turned 25-years old in April.

Where He Wins

2 of 5
COLLEGE FOOTBALL: NOV 08 Texas A&M at Missouri

— Barrel-chest with good square power to create displacement on angle-drive and down blocks.

— Stays square on second-level climb to maximize power and deliver a jolt to smaller targets that cross his path.

— Enough of an initial burst getting to his spot, while staying square in pass protection and using vertical sets.

— Proactive, well-timed punch with good stopping power to stymie the bull-rush.

Areas of Improvement

3 of 5
COLLEGE FOOTBALL: SEP 13 Louisiana at Missouri

— Marginal redirect and reactionary quickness often leave his feet stuck and stranded when caught in space against elusive, slippery defenders.

— Will take the bait against inside-out stutters, stop his feet and strike down the middle to shorten the corner against high-side rushes.
