Joseph ZuckerNov 12, 2025

Unrivaled announced the full schedule for its 2026 season on Tuesday, with all roads converging on March 4 for the championship game.

The second-ever campaign for the three-on-three league will tip off Jan. 5. Here's the eight-team lineup for opening day:

  • Mist BC vs. Hive BC
  • Vinyl BC vs. Laces BC
  • Lunar Owls BC vs. Rose BC
  • Phantom BC vs. Breeze BC

The Unrivaled regular season includes 56 total games and wraps up Feb. 27. Game weeks run from Friday through Monday, and expanding to a fourth night has allowed for the elimination of back-to-backs.

A one-on-one tournament will once again provide a brief interlude. The event is spread across three days (Feb. 11, 13 and 14).

Games on Fridays and Mondays will air on TNT, truTV and HBO Max. Games on Saturdays and Sundays will air on truTV and HBO Max.

Lunar Owls BC captain Napheesa Collier was the last player standing from the first installment of the single-elimination contest. She knocked out Courtney Williams and Azurá Stevens before besting Aaliyah Edwards in the best-of-three final.

Collier, the reigning MVP, is likely to have a large chip on her shoulder in 2026.

The Lunar Owls were far and away the best team during the regular season, finishing at 13-1 and winning five more games than the second-place Rose BC. They came up short in the playoffs, though, losing to Vinyl BC in the semifinals.

The 2025 WNBA season was equally frustrating for Collier. She was runner-up to MVP winner A'ja Wilson for the second straight year, and her ankle injury played a role in the Minnesota Lynx's semifinal exit at the hands of the Phoenix Mercury.

Winning an Unrivaled title would set the tone for a revenge tour by Collier in 2026.

Rose BC's Chelsea Gray and Kahleah Copper will hope they can prevent that from happening by lifting a second straight title. The defending champs also retained Azurá Stevens and Lexie Hull while replacing Angel Reese with Shakira Austin. That's a strong group and one that can make a run to the final again.

Rose BC wasn't the team sitting atop the Unrivaled power rankings from Bleacher Report's Chelsea Leite, though. That honor was reserved for Breeze BC.

Breeze landed the biggest addition to Unrivaled's roster, WNBA Rookie of the Year Paige Bueckers. Bueckers averaged 19.2 points, 5.4 assists and 1.6 steals for the Dallas Wings. She also shot 47.7 percent from the field, an impressive mark for a first-year guard on a bad team.

Los Angeles Sparks stars Rickea Jackson and Cameron Brink will line up alongside Bueckers. Jackson bumped her scoring average up to 14.7 points per game, while Brink averaged 12.1 rebounds and 3.8 blocks per 36 minutes after returning from a torn ACL.

Seattle Storm rookie Dominique Malonga is the biggest wild card for Breeze BC. Following the WNBA All-Star break, the 6'6" big averaged 11.4 points, 6.7 boards and 1.3 blocks over 20.3 minutes per game.

As the year went on, Malonga displayed the potential and raw talent that led many to label her the proverbial unicorn on the court. The more wide-open game in Unrivaled could be an even better showcase of her multifaceted skill set.
