WWE Icon The Rock Reveals 'Strict' Fasting Diet in Epic Cheat Meal Video
WWE legend and Hollywood megastar Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson provided a glimpse into one of his famous cheat meals this week.
In a video posted Tuesday on Instagram, The Rock showed off the huge plate of French toast he downed on Sunday, while including the following caption:
"Chasin' that perfect bite of Sunday mornin' french toast. I've been running a pretty strict keto/fasting diet for the last four months (preparing for my next role) so my cheat days have become more carb cycling days with a few fun cheat meals thrown in. Beyond delicious, pure insanity. Enjoy your cheat meals, my friends."

In the video, The Rock showcased a plate full of French toast made with brioche bread. The Final Boss noted that egg whites, vanilla extract, almond milk and cinnamon were among the other ingredients used.
The Rock then went through the step-by-step process of creating the "perfect bite" of French toast.
That included drizzling almond butter and maple syrup on top before also topping the French toast with some Golden Grahams cereal and whipped cream.
Over the years, The Rock has gone viral on multiple occasions for posting photos and videos of some of his epic cheat meals.
Given the extensive workout regimen The Rock has always had for wrestling and acting, he has made time to treat himself with cheat meals in between eating clean for extended periods of time.
The Rock is fresh off starring in the critically acclaimed film The Smashing Machine, in which he starred as UFC legend Mark Kerr.
Speaking to Marc Malkin of Variety in September, The Rock said he put on 30 pounds so he could accurately portray Kerr, and it was later reported by Parade and US Weekly (h/t Megan Cartwright of Newsweek) that he dropped 60 pounds to prepare for his next movie.
Borys Kit of The Hollywood Reporter reported that The Rock was getting ready to star alongside Leonardo DiCaprio and Emily Blunt in a Martin Scorsese-directed crime thriller set in Hawai'i.
It is also always possible that The Rock could pop up in WWE at any time given his role as a member of TKO's board of directors, and with cheat meals like the one he had on Sunday, he should have no problem bulking up to wrestle if need be.
