Dave Roberts Attends Alabama's Game vs. LSU in Photo After Dodgers' World Series Win
Los Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts followed up back-to-back World Series wins by cheering on his friend Kalen DeBoer this weekend.
Roberts was present in Tuscaloosa on Saturday night to watch DeBoer and No. 4 Alabama take on visiting LSU, as seen in a photo shared by Colin Gay of the Tuscaloosa News.

Saturday's game kicked off one week after Roberts and the Dodgers won Game 7 of the World Series over the Toronto Blue Jays in an extra-innings thriller.
Alabama was on a bye that week, and head coach Kalen DeBoer said on a Nov. 5 episode of Hey Coach he was able to watch the final two games of the Fall Classic.
"He's a pretty special person," DeBoer said about Roberts (h/t Colin Gay). "Just developed a great relationship. Obviously he's a manager. He runs an organization. And you talk about fight, right? Those guys kept fighting. I was certainly rooting for them, and it was good to see those guys pull that off."
DeBoer added about Roberts, per 247Sports' Mike Rodak: "We stay in touch quite often, and I think cheers for us behind the scenes, as well."
Roberts meanwhile described DeBoer as "one of my good friends" when speaking with Alabama reporter Emily Grace McWhorter ahead of Saturday's game.
Alabama debuted at No. 4 on the first College Football Playoff rankings released Tuesday. DeBoer will hope to keep his team in a top spot next week with a win over interim head coach Frank Wilson and unranked LSU.
