Tiger Woods' Son Charlie Named First-Team All-American By AJGA After 1st Title Win

Charlie Woods, the son of golf legend Tiger Woods, received recognition for his recent success on the course.

Charlie was selected as a first-team All-American by the American Junior Golf Association on Wednesday, according to the Associated Press (h/t ESPN). Tiger was previously the AJGA's player of the year in both 1991 and 1992.

As for Charlie, he's coming off his first AJGA event title after winning the Team TaylorMade Invitational at the Streamsong Resort Black Course in May. He carded a 15-under 201 in three rounds, emerging victorious in a field that included four of the top five players in the AJGA rankings.

Two months later, he qualified for the U.S. Junior Amateur for a second straight year after winning a three-way playoff. Charlie also wrapped up a strong performance in the 2025 Junior PGA Championships, finishing in a tie for ninth place.

The 16-year-old competed in the Junior Players Championship as well and tied for No. 31 on the leaderboard, but recorded a hole-in-one at TPC Sawgrass.

The AJGA All-American teams were determined by the Rolex AJGA Rankings, where Charlie currently sits at the No. 9 spot.
