Week 10 Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Decisions for Fantasy Football Fringe Starters
The NFL world took a break from its usual activity on Tuesday for the trade deadline—and what a deadline it was—but now it's back to the regular-season grind.
For fantasy football managers, this means navigating a week impacted by injuries, changing situations and bye weeks.
The Cincinnati Bengals, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs and Tennessee Titans are off this week.
Managers will be forced to rely on fringe starters this week. Let's take a look at some of the best and worst matchups for those second-tier stars.
Start: Quinshon Judkins, RB, Cleveland Browns

Cleveland Browns rookie Quinshon Judkins has had some terrific outings when presented with good matchups this season. However, the Ohio State product hasn't emerged as a matchup-proof star just yet.
Judkins had three catches but only 17 scrimmage yards against the New England Patriots in his last outing.
However, Judkins should be a strong start this week. Cleveland head coach Kevin Stefanski is handing play-calling duties over to offensive coordinator Tommy Rees, which, in theory, could lead to a more efficient operation.
Judkins will also be up against a New York Jets defense that has surrendered the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing running backs—before trading away standout defensive lineman Quinnen Williams.
Sit: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Las Vegas Raiders

Fellow rookie Ashton Jeanty has also had the occasional good game this season. However, the Las Vegas Raiders have been reluctant to make Jeanty the focal point of their offense.
Jeanty has found the end zone in two of his last three games, but the Raiders have been quick to abandon him at times. He's reached 20 touches only three times this season and got just six carries in a shutout loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
While the Raiders may not get shut out this week, the rival Denver Broncos don't present a good matchup for Jeanty. It'll be a short-week game on the road following a draining overtime loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Las Vegas may come out flat, and the Broncos will have a distinct home-field advantage. Denver has also surrendered the seventh-fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers this season.
Start: Jameson Williams, WR, Detroit Lions

Every fantasy manager with Amon-Ra St. Brown is going to start him in Week 10—and in every non-bye week for that matter. The Detroit Lions are set to visit the Washington Commanders, who have surrendered the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers.
Now's a good chance for Jameson Williams to put their Lions receiver into the starting lineup as well. While Williams has largely been a disappointment over the course of the year, he's had some good outings—like last week's four-catch, 66-yard, one-touchdown game.
The Lions are looking to get Williams the ball even more.
"I'm going to do a better job with that," offensive coordinator John Morton said, per ESPN's Eric Woodyard.
The Lions don't have a problem running up the score on overmatched opponents, and they may do just that against Washington. Williams may be a big part of the game plan.
Sit: Keon Coleman, WR, Buffalo Bills

Some managers might view this week as a good time to trot out Buffalo Bills wide receiver Keon Coleman. The Miami Dolphins appeared to quit during last week's 28-6 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, and they just traded away pass-rusher Jaelan Phillips.
However, Miami probably won't waive the proverbial white flag in a rivalry game, and its bad run defense may limit Buffalo receivers like Coleman. While the Dolphins rank 28th in net yards per pass attempt allowed, they've surrendered the second-fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers.
This is likely to be a much better game for quarterback Josh Allen, running back James Cook and a tight end or two than it is for any single Bills wideout. Lamar Jackson tossed four touchdown passes last week, three to tight ends. Two of Allen's three touchdown passes against Miami in Week 3 went to tight ends.
And Coleman isn't the Bills receiver to trust anyway. Since his eight-catch, 112-yard outing in Week 1, he hasn't reached five receptions or 50 receiving yards in a single game.
