Week 10 Fantasy Football Rankings Overview for All Positions
Week 9 may have just ended, but the start of Week 10 is right around the corner. The Las Vegas Raiders and Denver Broncos will kick off the week on Thursday night, while the Atlanta Falcons and Indianapolis Colts will pick things up on Sunday morning.
Atlanta and Indianapolis will face off in Berlin.
While 14 exciting matchups re on the docket this week, managers will be without a few top options. The Cincinnati Bengals, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs and Tennessee Titans will be on bye.
Let's dive into some early point-per-reception (PPR) rankings for Week 10.
Quarterback

Dual-threat quarterbacks like Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson and Drake Maye are likely to top the scoring list again in Week 10. However, Los Angeles Chargers signal-caller Justin Herbert is poised to join them.
The Chargers are set to host the Pittsburgh Steelers, who have surrendered the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this season. With both the Cowboys and Bengals on bye, and the Colts playing abroad, Herbert might have the most favorable situation of the week.
Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff also has a favorable matchup. He'll visit the Washington Commanders, who have surrendered the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing QBs.
Minnesota Vikings quarterback J.J. McCarthy is reasonable sleeper play this week. The Baltimore Ravens defense' is improving but not elite. McCarthy, who is available in more than 70 percent of Yahoo and ESPN leagues, had two passing touchdowns and a rushing touchdown in Week 9.
Running Back

While overseas games can often leave offense out of rhythm, it's hard to see Jonathan Taylor struggling too much in Week 10. The Falcons have surrendered an average of 21.1 fantasy points to opposing backfields this season, and Taylor gets enough receiving work to carry a high PPR floor.
Chicago Bears rookie Kyle Monangai probably has the most favorable matchup this week, even if a D'Andre Swift return would mean a reduced workload.
With Swift sidelined by a groin injury in Week 9, Monangai ripped off 176 rushing yards on 26 carries. That was against the Bengals, who have surrendered the most fantasy points to opposing RBs. However, this week's opponent, the New York Giants, have surrendered the second-most.
Managers aren't going to find any high-end RBs on the waiver wire this week, but Jacksonville Jaguars rookie Bhayshul Tuten could be worth a look in deeper leagues. He ran for a touchdown in Week 9 and is rostered in less than 35 percent of Yahoo and ESPN leagues.
Wide Receiver

There shouldn't be many surprises at receiver this week, with high-volume targets like Drake London, Justin Jefferson and Amon-Ra St. Brown all coming through for fantasy managers.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba may lead them all in scoring, though, after an impressive eight-catch, 129-yard outing in Week 9. He leads the NFL with 948 receiving yards and had four catches and 90 scrimmage yards the last time he faced the Arizona Cardinals.
Managers will want to keep an eye on Los Angeles Rams star Puka Nacua, who exited Sunday's win with a rib injury. Head coach Sean McVay told reporters that Nacua could have reentered the game if it was necessary. Still, reduced practice time during the week could mean a bigger role for Davante Adams against the San Francisco 49ers this week.
Alec Pierce looms as a strong sleeper option this week following a 115-yard outing in Week 9. The Colts' pass-catcher is rostered in only 26 percent of Yahoo leagues and 12 percent of ESPN leagues.
Tight End

Brock Bowers made his triumphant return for the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 9 and nearly carried Las Vegas to a win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. With 12 catches, 127 yards and three touchdowns, Bowers had one of the top fantasy outings of the season to date.
Managers might want to temper expectations this week just a smidge, however. The Denver Broncos have a championship-caliber defense that has surrendered fewer than 10 fantasy points per week to opposing tight-end groups.
Of course, this doesn't mean that Bowers won't still be one of the top two or three TE performers this week.
Chargers tight end Oronde Gadsden II has a terrific matchup with the Steelers, who have surrendered the third-most fantasy points to the position. Chicago's Colston Loveland, who scored the game-winning touchdown in Week 9, is worth a play and is still widely available on the waiver wire.
Loveland is rostered in less than 25 percent of Yahoo and ESPN leagues.
