WWE Rumors on Superstars in Mysterious Videos and What They're About
Many WWE fans were hoping that the teaser videos released this weekend were signifying a monumental return, but it appears that's far from the case.
According to PWInsider Elite (h/t Steve Carrier of Ringside News), the Superstars featured in the videos were Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes and Brock Lesnar, and the videos were "filmed as part of promotional content for WrestleMania 42, which will take place in Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium in April 2026."
WWE posted a series of videos with no captions showing slow-motion shots of feet walking in black dress shoes, orthopedic soles and casual jeans. The report from PWInsider Elite confirmed that Reigns, Rhodes and Lesnar were among the "several" top Superstars who were at company headquarters this past week to film content "specifically for WrestleMania's marketing rollout."

Fans initially ran wild with theories that the videos signified the return of a major Superstar, with ideas ranging from former World Heavyweight Champion Gunther to the recently released Andrade to AEW's Chris Jericho.
Instead, fans will have to settle for promotional material for next year's WrestleMania, which will likely leave many disappointed after the initial excitement over the mysterious videos.
