Drew Shelton NFL Draft 2026 Scouting Report for Dallas Cowboys OT

Brandon ThornNov 9, 2025

The Dallas Cowboys selected Penn State OT Drew Shelton with the No. 112 overall pick in the 2026 NFL draft.

Drew Shelton is a lean, quick-twitch tackle prospect, who gets to his spots on time with pop in his hands and an effective snatch technique to steal leverage. However, the left tackle prospect struggles sustaining blocks and needs his footwork revamped to play with a more consistent base and posture, which indicates long-term development prospect.

Shelton is a 6'5", 313-pound tackle, who entered the Penn State program as a 4-star recruit in the 2022 class.

Shelton started 34 career games at left tackle, including 12 in 2025. The former Nittany Lion trained for the combine under Duke Manyweather at OL Masterminds.
