Sydney Shrewsbury channeled Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark while taking part in this year's Miss USA.
Shrewsbury, who's representing the Hoosier State, competed Monday in the preliminary round. For the costume show, she wore an outfit with Clark's jersey number and a basketball net across the shoulders. She also carried a bedazzled basketball purse.

Clark continues to be one of Indiana's most notable residents, even though injuries limited her to 13 appearances this past season. The 2024 Rookie of the Year winner, she averaged 16.5 points, five rebounds and 8.8 assists.
Despite not having the dynamic guard on the floor, the Fever made the playoffs and went the distance with the eventual champion Las Vegas Aces in the semifinals.
The Miss USA pageant will get underway Friday at 8 p.m. ET, with the winner to be crowned later in the night. In terms of her rooting interest, Clark might be torn between Shrewsbury and Miss Iowa Hayley Buettell.
