Puka Nacua Out With Ankle Injury for Rams vs. Jaguars Game in London
The Los Angeles Rams announced Friday that star wide receiver Puka Nacua will not play against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday due to an ankle injury.
Nacua suffered the injury during last week's 17-3 win over the Baltimore Ravens, limiting him to 50.9 percent of the offensive snaps and a season-low two receptions for 28 yards.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Rams and Jaguars will kick off the action on NFL Sunday with their game being played at Wembley Stadium in London.
Prior to last week, Nacua was enjoying a better season than arguably any other wideout in the league.
Even with the modest production against Baltimore, Nacua ranked first in the league in receptions (54) and second in receiving yardage (616) entering Week 7, plus he has two receiving touchdowns and one rushing score.
With Cooper Kupp getting released by the Rams and signed by the Seattle Seahawks during the offseason, there is no longer any question about Nacua being quarterback Matthew Stafford's favorite target.
Over the Rams' first five games, he reached the 100-yard mark on three occasions and never had fewer than eight receptions or 85 yards in a single contest.
Nacua burst onto the scene as a fifth-round pick in 2023, finishing with 105 receptions for 1,486 yards and six touchdowns, which earned him Pro Bowl and Second Team All-Pro honors, as well as a second-place finish in Offensive Rookie of the Year voting.
While the former BYU standout missed six games last season due primarily to a knee injury, he still finished as the team's leader in catches (79) and receiving yardage (990), while scoring four total touchdowns.
During the offseason, the Rams replaced Kupp with potential future Hall of Famer Davante Adams as the team's No. 2 receiver.
The 32-year-old veteran is trending toward his sixth consecutive 1,000-yard season with 26 grabs for 396 yards and three touchdowns through six games.
Adams will serve as Stafford's top wideout on Sunday, followed by Tutu Atwell, Jordan Whittington, Xavier Smith and Konata Mumpfield.
Stafford also figures to involve tight ends Tyler Higbee and Davis Allen, and running back Kyren Williams in the passing game.
The Rams are 4-2, but they could easily be undefeated if not for having a game-winning field goal against the Philadelphia Eagles blocked and then losing to the San Francisco 49ers in overtime.
L.A. has a tough matchup on tap against the 4-2 Jags, although Jacksonville is coming off a disappointing 20-12 loss to the Seattle Seahawks after upsetting the Kansas City Chiefs the previous week.
